The first time I noticed it was when I went back into Pretty Dolls Parlor for the trophy/riddle, and the Pyg marker reappeared despite having completed the side mission. Occasionally, objective markers on the map won't go away, or will inexplicably come back. Ground Takedown has about a 10-20% success rate Batman will go through the motions and, if it's at the end of a fight, the game will slow down accordingly, but the hit doesn't register and the thug's animations are as if nothing happened, and gets back up. Zipline takedown is impossible with keyboard controls it goes into aiming mode for the line launcher instead. I'll just play through the whole thing again (with the added bonus of the Beyond skin) and hope for the best. I messaged WB about it but I have since deleted the "corrupted" file and started a new game.
I actually have a separate third file with the story at 100% and when I went to start NG+ with that file it seemed to be working normally. I thought nothing of it since I had already initiated it once successfully and assumed that it was just a one-off.Īfter updating today, I tried going into my partially completed NG+, but as mentioned it would only load my original game file, the Knightfall dialogue with Alfred played, and I went to the batsignal with no prompt. If I remember correctly, when I beat the new game the first time I initiated the Protocol just fine but when I loaded that file up again I got the "Initiate Knightfall Protocol" dialogue but arrived at the batsignal to no prompt.
